BarbequeOur SA veal Eye Of Rump considered to be the most flavorsome due to its significant marbling fat. Just season with flaky sea salt and pepper, then move to a hot skillet with two cloves of garlic, two sprigs of fresh thyme & thumb-sized piece of butter. Sear it until golden then move to the oven for 10 minutes. We recommend serving it with chips or mashed potatoes.
