RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT

At Cutz Egypt, we want our customers to have the best possible shopping experience in Meat, Poultry and Seafood. We understand there are times where you need to return product to us for some reasons. We’ve set these simple guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return process. 

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund as a credit to the original payment method.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

An item can be returned if it has not been used and it is within 24 hours of the receipt of the original order. To return a product, the item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Items that have been used are not eligible for a refund.

If you wish to return a product(s) for any reason, please:

  • Contact us on 15620 within 24 hours of the receipt of the product(s). Please provide us with your name, invoice number and reason for return in our working hours daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • If there was an error on our part, call us, we will raise a complaint and one of our complaints team will replace the product with no cost to you and contact you.

RETURN POLICIES ON RECEIPT:
