
Balsamic Beef Salad
200g Sliced Beef
300g Rocket Leaves
25 Tomato Cubes
1 Minced Garlic Clove
40g Colored Capsicum
30g Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp. Mixed Nuts
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Basil (fresh or dried)
1 tsp Caper
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Oregano
1.Cut the beef slices in to small pieces
2.Grill it with a brush of olive oil, then set aside
3. Mix tomato, rocket, colored capsicum, mixed nuts, and basil in a large mixing bowl, then
add grilled beef, stir well, and set aside.
4.For vinaigrette, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice & oregano until combined & set
aside
