Bram Oxtail With Potatoes

Ingredients

 300g Oxtail
 1 pc Onion
 1 Big Potato
 1 Big Carrot
 1 Big Red Chili
 2 pcs Tomato
 2 Fresh Bay Leaves
 3 Cloves
 2 Cloves of Garlic
 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
 1 tbsp Corn Oil
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
 1 bunch Fresh Celery
 1 bunch Fresh Leek
 Beef Stock

Steps

1-First, sprinkle the oxtails all over with salt & pepper. Add oil to the hot pan & sear the oxtail
on medium to medium high heat on all sides until golden brown, then remove it from the pan &
set it aside
2-In the same pan, add the chopped onion, carrot & celery. Cook for a few minutes
