
Garlic Chicken Salad
1pc Chicken Breast
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 bunch Fresh Oregano
1 bunch Fresh Basil
1 tbsp Caper
3 Garlic Cloves
100g Iceberg
1 pc Red Capsicum
1 cup Tomato Cubes
1 -Rub the chicken breast with the butter then add it to the hot skillet over high heat. Grill the
breast on both sides until browned & completely cooked through.
2 -Allow the chicken breast to rest for 5 minutes, then slice it or cut into cubes
3 -In a big bowl mix the chopped fresh oregano, basil, iceberg, red pepper & tomato, then season
it by adding salt, black pepper & diced garlic
4 -To serve mix the grilled chicken with the vegetables then garnish it with the capers.-
