
Lebanon Beef Shawerma
1 kg Beef Stroganoff
3 tbsp White Vinegar
1 tsp Shawerma Spices
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Dried Ground Onion
½ tsp Cardamom (whole or ground)
½ tsp Ground White Pepper
3 tbsp Corn Oil
1. Place the beef stroganoff in a large mixing bowl. Add the corn oil, white vinegar, & all
the spices.
2. Mix it all together & set it aside at room temperature for 3 hours or cover with plastic
wrap & refrigerate overnight.
3. Place a skillet over high heat & cook the strips for 10 minutes or until they meet your
desire.
