
Lebanon Chicken Shawerma
1 kg Chicken Stroganoff
1 tsp Ground Cumin
½ tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Ground Dried Garlic
½ tsp Paprika
5 tbsp Lemon Juice
4 tbsp Yogurt
4 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1.Place the Chicken stroganoff in a large mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, yogurt, lemon
juice & set it all the spices.
2.Mix it all together & set it aside at room temperature for 3 hours or cover with plastic
wrap & refrigerate overnight.
3.Place a skillet over high heat & cook the strips for 10 minutes or until they meet your
desire.
