Marinated Lamb Leg

Ingredients
  • 2.5kg lamb leg
  • 50g fresh mint
  • 300g soya sauce
  • 100g lemon juice
  • 40g mustard
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon corn oil
  • 1 tablespoon celery
  • 1 tablespoon leek
  • 1 big pcs carrot
  • 1 big pcs hot pepper
  • 3 pcs clove
  • 2 pcs bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Step 1

Mix mint, soya sauce, lemon juice, mustard and garlic in a blender. Make holes in lamb leg then marinate it at least for 3 hours
