
Oriantel Beef Shawerma
1 kg Beef Stroganoff
1 tbsp Shawerma Spices
2 tbsp White Vinegar
3 Garlic Cloves
5 tbsp Yogurt
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
4 tbsp Corn Oil
1.Place the beef stroganoff in a large mixing bowl. Add the yogurt, olive oil, corn oil, white
vinegar, diced garlic all the spices.
2Mix it all together & set it aside at room temperature for 3 hours or cover with plastic wrap
refrigerate overnight
3.Place a skillet over high heat & cook the strips for 10 minutes or until they meet your desire
