Turkish Shawerma Beef

Turkish Beef Shawerma 

Ingredients

 1 kg Beef Stroganoff
 6 tbsp Yogurt
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 2 tbsp White Vinegar
 2 Garlic Clove
 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
 ½ tsp Cardamom (whole or ground)
 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Sugar
 1 tsp Shawerma Spices
 3 tbsp Corn Oil

steps

1.Place the beef stroganoff in a large mixing bowl. Add the yogurt, olive oil, corn oil, white
vinegar, diced garlic, lemon juice & all the spices.
2.Mix it all together & set it aside at room temperature for 3 hours or cover with plastic wrap & 
refrigerate overnight
3.Place a skillet over high heat & cook the strips for 10 minutes or until they meet your desire
